Return & Refund Policy

At Sllushi Buy, your satisfaction comes first. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the options below explain how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, please also see Section 7 (EU Right of Withdrawal), which grants you additional statutory rights that apply in addition to, and prevail over, the general terms below.

1. Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Jewelry and accessories must be returned complete, including any pouch, box or protective packaging they arrived in. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact our customer service at contact@sllushibuy.shop with your order number and, if the item is damaged or defective, photos of the item. Once we review and approve your request, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send any item back before requesting a return, as items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Pierced earrings, for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective
• Intimate or sanitary products
• Personalized, engraved or custom-made items
• Gift cards
• Sale or discounted items

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

3. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card provider and your bank, as processing times can vary. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please email us at contact@sllushibuy.shop.

4. Exchanges

Within 30 days of delivery, you can exchange your item for a different size, color or model. The same condition requirements as returns apply (unworn, unused, tags attached, original packaging). Any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly. To request an exchange, please contact us at contact@sllushibuy.shop.

5. Sale Items

Only items purchased at full price are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded. This limitation does not apply to consumers in the European Union exercising the right of withdrawal described in Section 7.

6. Return Shipping

Use a trackable and, where possible, insured shipping method. The cost and risk of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

7. EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This statutory right applies in addition to the return options described above, and where the two differ, this Section 7 prevails for EU consumers.

Withdrawal period. You may withdraw at any time from the moment you place your order, including before it has been shipped or delivered. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods. If your order is delivered in several parts, the period runs from the day you receive the last item. If the last day of the period falls on a weekend or public holiday, it extends to the next business day.

How to withdraw. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the withdrawal function available on our website, or the model withdrawal form below, or simply email us at contact@sllushibuy.shop. Sending your communication before the period expires is sufficient. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email without undue delay.

Returning the goods. You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before that period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refund. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (except any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

Diminished value. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In practice, you may try on and inspect an item as you would in a physical shop, but items that have been worn, used or damaged beyond such inspection may be subject to a deduction.

Exceptions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (for example, pierced earrings), or to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
