This website is operated by Sllushi Buy. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Sllushi Buy. Sllushi Buy offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

When you access our site or make a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and all related policies. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory right you have that cannot be waived by agreement. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, please also see Section 12.

You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction by accepting these Terms.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any reason at any time, except where such refusal would be unlawful.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. This does not affect your statutory rights where the goods you receive do not match their description.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place it, and any change after that point does not affect an order we have already accepted.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange according to our Return & Refund Policy and, for EU consumers, to the right of withdrawal described in that policy. We do our best to ensure product colors and images are displayed accurately on our website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any such error and to cancel an affected order, refunding you in full.

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose.

SECTION 11 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Your use of our service is at your own risk. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.

Nothing in this Section excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you are a consumer, this Section does not affect your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity described in Section 12.

SECTION 12 - EU CONSUMER RIGHTS

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the following applies in addition to, and where inconsistent prevails over, the rest of these Terms.

Right of withdrawal. You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The full conditions, deadlines and model withdrawal form are set out in Section 7 of our Return & Refund Policy. You may also exercise this right using the withdrawal function available on this website.

Legal guarantee of conformity. We are liable for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years of delivery. If your item is faulty, not as described, or does not have the qualities you can reasonably expect, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced free of charge and, where that is not possible, proportionate or timely, to a price reduction or to cancel the contract and receive a refund. This legal guarantee is free of charge and applies in addition to any commercial guarantee.

Delivery. We will deliver the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. If we fail to deliver in time, you may ask us to deliver within an additional appropriate period and, if we still fail to do so, terminate the contract and receive a full refund.

Prices and taxes. Prices shown to EU consumers include VAT where we are required to charge it. Any applicable charges are shown before you complete your order.

Dispute resolution. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at contact@sllushibuy.shop and we will do our best to resolve it. You may also contact your national European Consumer Centre, or consult the list of national alternative dispute resolution bodies at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies. We are not obliged to, and do not currently, participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. This does not affect your right to bring proceedings before the competent courts.

SECTION 13 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
